For the groups of persons travelling together under the same conditions (same train, date, destination and class), requests may be submitted for seat reservations, without paying on site the respective transport tariffs
What are the conditions?

- The requests are accepted for groups of minimum 20 persons;
- The request can be submitted at the ticket offices from the stations or CFR travel agencies, with a minimum of 6 days and a maximum of 60 days before the departure date of the first outgoing train.
- The requests are handled on a “first come first serve” basis, depending on the available seats and payment of the transport tariffs may be made at any time, but no later than the 20th calendar day before the date of departure of the first outgoing train.
- Paying and claiming the tickets shall be made mandatory within the above specified deadlines, simultaneously for all the persons in the group.
- Seat reservations for group may be made within the last 2 days before the departure date of the first outgoing train (calculated including the current date), only by paying on site the respective transport tariffs.
